How
does it work?
Very
simple. You supply us with the FULL SIZED
images you wish us to offer. We then
create thumbnails of your images, post
them online in the appropriate category.
When
an image has been sold, YOU will receive
notification by e-mail upon the
completion of the sale.
When
an item is ordered, the buyer will be
directed to a web page where they will
download the full sized image for their
use.
Payment
- you will receive payment by Paypal. You
may set the dollar amount for payment -
$25, $50, $100. When the limit has been
reached, your payment will be paid to you
by Paypal.
You,
as the owner or the artwork, retain all
rights and copyrights to all images you
send for us to sell. All artwork sold is
for personal use AND commercial use.
Commercial use means artwork can be used
on t-shirts, posters, mousepads, mugs,
key rings, wall clocks, etc...
When
a customer purchases any artwork, this
artwork cannot be used as part of a cd
set, resold, given away or duplicated by
any means and sold, transferred, etc.. I
have found that most people are honest
and since they've spent their hard earned
money to buy the items, they don't give
it away to others.
All
images sold can be used multiple times,
that is, can be used over and over again
for different products. Images sold are
NOT for a one time use.
Artwork
owner has the right to pull their images
at ANY time, without reason or
explanation. Images are private propety
of the authors and we treat them as such.
We do NOT own your images nor do we have
exclusive rights to sell them. Should you
wish us to stop selling your artwork,
simply e-mail us tell us what images to
stop selling and we will immediately pull
them from our website. All files on our
hard drive and server containing your
images pulled, will be deleted. We do NOT
make backup copies.
We,
Toonsign.com, will determine which
category best suits your artwork. If you
have a large collection, we will create a
special web section just for your
artwork.
